About Me
I was a Ph.D student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Michael R. Lyu and Prof. Irwin King. Before that, I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in Information Engineering from the South China University of Technology in 2003 and 2006 respectively.

Research Interests
My current research interests include Web search and information retrieval, with broad applications on web, scientific literature, and other textual data. I am also interested in data mining, machine learning, and social network analysis. My previous research projects were related to computer vision and pattern recognition.
