II. Society Activities

Visiting Scholars:

The Chapter has invited and sponsored Prof. F. Tong of Shanghai University of Science and Technology and Prof. J. G. Li of Shanghai Jiao Tong University to visit Hong Kong in 1995.

Student Software Project Competition:

The purposes of the competition are (1) to promote creativity in software design and development among students in higher education in Hong Kong and (2) to promote IEEE among students in Hong Kong for future student membership recruitment.
