I. Technical Activities:

The Chapter held nine technical seminars, organized the 16th International Conference on Distributed Computing Systems (ICDCS’96) and the Joint 1997 Asia Pacific Software Engineering Conference and International Computer Science Conference (APSEC & ICSC’97), co-sponsored the International Conference on Neural Information Processing 1996 (ICONIP’96), and ran three short course/workshops/tutorials in 1996.
