UNC 069, 072, and 111 should not have been withdrawn.  This was my mistake.  (I misunderstood what Ken Lunde wanted done with them.)  We would like a ruling on the IRG as to whether or not they should be unified.  If it's too late to do this as part of the UNC set, then they may be moved to Extension D rather than being withdrawn altogether.
