Resume:

Dr. Liang received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Applied Mathematics from Xi'an JiaoTong University in 1996 and 1999, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Department of Computer Science and Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2003. He is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in Dept. Computer Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong by Prof. Kwong-Sak LEUNG.
