Hanzi G sources: "GZH Zhonghua Zihai (????) < G_ZH >" Based on the above, Zhonghua Zihai is listed in Annex D and so is considered an authoritative source, and it is therefore is an acceptable source for simplified characters. I am sure that the issue of Zhonghua Zihai as a source for WS2015 was already settled, although I cannot find a reference at present.
