新亞書院畢業班拍照日公告 Announcement about the New Asia College Graduation Photo-taking Day

新亞書院畢業班拍照日將於3月1日舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各新亞書院畢業班計科生一同慶祝，本會有幸邀請到吕荣聪教授到場與畢業生拍照，同學如希望其他教授到場，請自行邀請。
詳情如下：
- 日期：三月一日（星期五）
預計活動時間：
- 1000 系會攤位開放
- 1040 - 1050 拍攝畢業班全體照
- 1250 - 1300 拍攝聯工程學院合照
- 1400 - 1430 拍攝畢業班個人照
- 1430 - 1600 慶祝儀式及享用小食
- 1600 系會攤位關閉
地點：
- 攤位（日程）：樂群館前及圖書館旁停車場A5攤位
- 攤位（雨程）：知行樓大廳C5攤位
- 畢業班全體照：新亞書院圓形廣場
- 聯工程學院合照：新亞書院圓形廣場
- 畢業班個人照：新亞書院雅禮舍
注意事項：
- 請預早10分鐘到達拍攝場地，逾時不候
- 關於領取於拍照日拍攝的個人照或團體照的事宜，未來將於書院網頁宣布。各畢業班計科生可留意書院網頁的公告
畢業班計科生如希望參加當天活動，請在當天或之前向幹事會繳交港幣八十元正作為畢業班拍照日費用，費用已包括波波橋、燒豬、香檳、小食等慶祝用品。畢業生亦需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，本年度及之前年度會費為四十元正，本會會發出收據作為繳交證明。

New Asia College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held at 1 March, we welcome all students to celebrate the time with all CS graduate of New Asia College on that day. We have invited Prof. Michael Lyu to take photo with all the graduate on that day. Please invite other professors if you would like them to come on that day.
Details as follow:
- Date: 1 Mar 2019 (Fri)
Tentative Schedule:
- 1000 Booth Open
- 1040 - 1050 Departmental Group Photo Taking
- 1250 - 1300 Faculty Group Photo Taking
- 1400 - 1430 Individual Photo Taking
- 1430 - 1600 Celebration and snack time
- 1600 Booth Close
Venue:
- Booth(Dry Weather): Booth A5, Carpark in front of Student Centre - Leung Hung Kee Building and next to Ch’ien Mu Library, New Asia College
- Booth(Wet Weather): Booth C5, Main Lounge, Chih Hsing Hall, New Asia College
- Departmental Group Photo Taking: New Asia Concourse
- Faculty Group Photo Taking: New Asia Concourse
- Individual Photo Taking: Yali Lounge, New Asia College
Remarks:
- Please arrive at the venue of the photo taking 10 minutes before start
- Informations about the collection of the photos will be announced on the college website later, please refer to the college website for details.
If you would like to join the activities on that day, a fee of $80 is required to pay to the society on or before the activity, the fee has included all the celebration material needed on that day, e.g. ballon bridge, roast suckling pig, champagne, snacks, etc.
You will also required to pay all the society fee which is not yet paid, the join fee is $10 and yearly fee is $40, a receipt will be issued for confirmation.
