逸夫書院畢業袍領取事宜 Taking Graduation Gown for SC Graduating Students

逸夫書院畢業班拍照日將於三月十五日舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各崇基學院畢業班計科生一同慶祝。本會沒有為同學邀請任何教職員，同學如希望教授到場，請自行邀請。如需協助，可以聯絡本會。

畢業班計科生如希望在當日享用和使用由本系會準備的食物或道具，請在當天或之前向本會繳交港幣八十元正作為畢業班拍照日費用，費用已包括花炮、波波橋、燒豬、香檳、小食等慶祝用品。畢業生亦需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，每年會費為四十元正，本會會發出收據作為繳交證明。

- 日期：三月十五日（星期五）

預計活動時間：
- 1050 系會攤位開放
- 1130 計算機科學系團體照開始集合
- 1200 拍攝計算機科學系團體照
- 1215 - 1330 慶祝儀式及享用小食
- 1400 系會攤位關閉

地點：
- 召集處: 逸夫書院大講堂
- 攤位: 待定

注意事項：
- 請預早10分鐘到達召集處(書院大講堂)，逾時不候。
- 如天氣預測惡劣，雨天程序安排會稍後公佈。

Dear All Shaw College Computer Science Final Year Students,

Shaw College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 15 March, we welcome students to share the joy and celebrate with CS graduates on that day. We do not invite professors to the event. Please invite professor(s) by yourselves if you would like them to come on that day. If you have further inquiries, please contact us.

If you would like to join the activities on that day, a fee of $80 is required to pay to the society on or before the activity, the fee has included all the celebration material needed on that day, e.g. firecracker, balloon bridge, roast suckling pig, champagne, snacks, etc.
You will also be required to pay all the society fee which is not paid yet, the joining fee is $10 and the yearly fee is $40, a receipt will be issued for confirmation.

- 1050 Booth Open
- 1130 Call for taking departmental photos
- 1200 Departmental Photo-shooting
- 1215 - 1330 Celebration Ceremony and Snack Time

- Call Centre: Lecture Theatre of Shaw College
- Booth: TBA

Remarks:
- Please arrive at the Lecture Theatre 10 minutes before the photo-taking session starts.
- The special arrangement of bad weather will be announced if necessary.
