逸夫書院畢業袍領取事宜（補充資料） Taking Graduation Gown for SC Graduating Students (Addition Information)

逸夫書院畢業班拍照日將於三月十五日舉行，以下是畢業袍領取詳情：

- 領取日期、時間、地點：3月5日及6日（星期二及三）上午9時30分至12時30分及下午2時30分至4時30分於文瀾堂LG502室，由系代 陳文義（98631358）統籌，集中領取，並自行安排分發予有關同學。

- 換袍日期：3月11日（星期一）上午9時起至下午5時於文瀾堂LG502室。

- 還袍日期、時間、地點：4月15日至16日（星期一及二）上午9時30分至12時30分及 下午2時30分至4時30分於文瀾堂LG502室。同學可個別交還。若委託他人代還，責任與本人親還無異。

- 遺失禮袍罰款：逾期還袍需繳交罰款，每天$40（星期六、日及公眾假期不計算在內）。如有損壞或遺失，賠償價格如下：禮袍$360，色帶$160，禮帽$160，全套 $680。不得擅自更改禮袍；否則作損壞論。交還禮袍時請勿連同任何扣針或膠紙， 如附有任何未能除去之膠紙或其他污漬，亦作損壞論。由於禮袍必須乾洗處理， 為免留有水漬或沾污衣物，請勿弄濕禮袍。

- 延期畢業同學：由於延期畢業同學不屬本年度畢業班，故不設禮袍安排。欲於本 年度參與系照拍攝者，請自行向同學借用禮袍。

- 裁縫師地址：如欲自行訂購畢業袍者請聯絡亞丘洋服公司（中環士丹利街34-38號 602室，電話：2522 9823）或 維多利校服公司（香港中環皇后大道中222號啓煌商 業大厦8字樓 801-3室，電話：2815 2983）。

Shaw College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 15 March, here are the details of gowns collection:

- Class representatives Chan Paul (98631358) can come to Shaw College (LG 502, Wen Lan Tang) from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm to collect the gowns for all students from 5 to 6 March 2019 (Tuesday and Wednesday).

- If the size of the gown does not fit you, please come to the College office from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm 11 March 2019 (Monday) to change it.

- You have to return the gown to the College office at LG 502, Wen Lan Tang of Shaw College from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on 15 and 16 April 2018 (Monday and Tuesday). You can either return it by yourself or ask a friend to return it for you.

- There is a penalty for late return. It is $40 per day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). If the gown is damaged or lost, you will also have to pay a penalty ($360 for the gown, $160 for the hood, $160 for the mortar-board, and $680 for the whole set). Please make sure the gown is in good shape when you return it to the College office.

- Students who are not going to graduate in the current year cannot borrow academic gowns from College office.

- If you wish to have a tailor-made gown or you wish to buy a new one, you may contact Ah Yau Tailor at 2522 9823 or Victoria Uniform at 2815 2983.
