崇基學院照相日安排 Arrangement of CC Photo Day

因近日天雨頻繁，崇基學院照相日的行程或有所更變。為方便各崇基學院畢業班計科生了解照相日詳情，現附上日程及雨程之安排。

日程：
崇基學院畢業班拍照日將於三月八日舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各崇基學院畢業班計科生一同慶祝。本會沒有為同學邀請任何教職員，同學如希望教授到場，請自行邀請。如需協助，可以聯絡本會。

詳情如下：

預計活動時間：
- 1130 系會攤位開放
- 1215 - 1330 慶祝儀式及享用小食
- 1330 - 1400 崇基畢業班全體照集合
- 1400 - 1430 拍攝崇基畢業班全體照
- 1430 - 1500 拍攝聯工程學院合照
- 1638 - 1648 畢業班分系照集合
- 1648 - 1652 拍攝畢業班分系照
- 1700 系會攤位關閉

地點：
- 攤位：池旁路33號攤位
- 畢業班全體照：嶺南場
- 聯工程學院合照：嶺南場
- 畢業班分系照：崇基禮拜堂

注意事項：
- 請依照集合時間準時到場，逾時不候
- 關於訂購和領取於拍照日拍攝的個人照或團體照的事宜，未來將於崇基學院網頁宣布。各畢業班計科生可留意崇基學院網頁的公告
- 如天氣預測惡劣，雨天程序安排會稍後公佈

畢業班計科生如希望參加當天活動，請在當天或之前向本會繳交港幣八十元正作為畢業班拍照日費用，費用已包括花炮、波波橋、燒豬、香檳、小食等慶祝用品。畢業生亦需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，每年會費為四十元正，本會會發出收據作為繳交證明。

雨程：
如活動當日天氣惡劣，學院將於星期五上午宣佈改行雨天程序，原定申請在池旁路設置的系會攤位，將安排分別改於崇基學院康樂室 （1-20號）及龐萬倫學生中心地下停車場（21-53號攤位）設置，而有關承諾書上之場地使用守則仍然生效。所有領取及歸還物資的時間和地點將維持不變。

另外，雨天程序下全體照拍攝之地點將由原定之崇基嶺南體育館，改為夏鼎基運動場。時間則維持在下午一時半集合，二時正拍攝。下午在崇基禮拜堂舉行之分系照，所有安排將維持不變。

請注意學院將於三月八日(五)上午十時才確認是否改行雨天程序，請各同學屆時密切留意電郵及網頁之更新。

As it is rainy in recent days, the arrangement of CC Photo Day may be changed. In order to let all CC graduating computer science students have the information more convenient, the arrangement on sunny day and rainy day are as follow respectively.

On sunny day:
Chung Chi College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 8 March, we welcome all students to celebrate the time with all CS graduates of Chung Chi College on that day. We will not invite any professor to participate in the event. Please invite professors by yourselves if you would like them to come on that day. If you have any requirement or inquiry, please contact us.

Details as follow:

Tentative Schedule:
- 1130 Booth Open
- 1215 - 1330 Celebration and snack time
- 1330 - 1400 Get together for Class Photos
- 1400 - 1430 Photo-shooting of Class Photos
- 1430 - 1500 Photo-shooting of Engineering joint-departments
- 1638 - 1648 Get together for Departmental Photos Taking
- 1648 - 1652 Photo-shooting of Department
- 1700 Booth Close

Venue:
- Booth: Booth 33, the Pond Crescent
- Departmental Photo Taking: College Chapel
- Class Photo Taking: Lingnan Stadium
- Engineering joint-department Photo Taking: Lingnan Stadium

Remarks:
- Please arrive at the venue of the photo taking on time.
- Information about the collection of the photos will be announced on the college website later, please refer to the college website for details.
- The special arrangement of bad weather will be announced if necessary.

If you would like to join the activities on that day, a fee of $80 is required to pay to the society on or before the activity, the fee has included all the celebration material needed on that day, e.g. firecracker, balloon bridge, roast suckling pig, champagne, snacks, etc.
You will also be required to pay all the society fee which is not paid yet, the joining fee is $10 and the yearly fee is $40, a receipt will be issued for confirmation.

On rainy day:
The following arrangements will be made in case of inclement weather on March 8, 2019:

The reception counters of the departmental societies will be rearranged from Pond Crescent to Chung Chi Multi-Purpose Hall (Counter No. 1-20) and LG/F car park, Pommerenke Student Centre (Counter No. 21-53). Regulations on the use of the venue are still in effect.

Besides, the venue of Chung Chi College Annual Photo-Taking Exercise (Class Photo) will be changed from Lingnan Stadium to Sir Philip Haddon-Cave Sports Field. The report time is 1:30 p.m. and photo-shooting time is 2:00 p.m.

Individual sessions for the departmental photos will keep on held at the College Chapel from 2:30 p.m. onwards.

The bad weather arrangement for Society Reception Counters of 18/19 Chung Chi College Graduation Photo-Taking Exercise will be uploaded to the College’s website (http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/ccc/photoday/), please pay attention to College’s announcement about the event arrangement on Friday at 10am (March, 8).
