逸夫書院照相日安排及雨程事項 Arrangement of CC Photo Day and Rain Plan

逸夫書院畢業班拍照日將於明天(三月十五日)舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各逸夫書院畢業班計科生一同慶祝。本會沒有為同學邀請任何教職員，同學如希望教授到場，請自行邀請。如需協助，可以聯絡本會。

畢業班計科生如希望在當日享用和使用由本系會準備的食物或道具，請在當天或之前向本會繳交港幣八十元正作為畢業班拍照日費用，費用已包括花炮、波波橋、燒豬、香檳、小食等慶祝用品。畢業生亦需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，每年會費為四十元正，本會會發出收據作為繳交證明。

- 日期：三月十五日（星期五）

預計活動時間：
- 1000 系照拍攝（請於召集處集合）
- 1050 系會攤位開放
- 1140 全體工程學生大合照
- 1230 - 1330 慶祝儀式及享用小食
- 1400 系會攤位關閉

地點：
- 召集處: 逸夫書院大講堂
- 全體工程學生大合照: 近女人腳之平台
- 攤位: 文潤堂平台

注意事項：
- 請預早10分鐘到達召集處(書院大講堂)，逾時不候。
- 如天氣預測惡劣，攤位將改於二宿低座活動室，而雨天程序安排將於當天公佈。
- 為方便畢業生及訪客前往逸夫書院，1100-1400將有穿梭巴士於YIA開出，煩請畢業生留意。

Dear All Shaw College Computer Science Final Year Students,

Shaw College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 15 March, we welcome students to share the joy and celebrate with CS graduates on that day. We do not invite professors to the event. Please invite professor(s) by yourselves if you would like them to come on that day. If you have further inquiries, please contact us.

If you would like to join the activities on that day, a fee of $80 is required to pay to the society on or before the activity, the fee has included all the celebration material needed on that day, e.g. firecracker, balloon bridge, roast suckling pig, champagne, snacks, etc.
You will also be required to pay all the society fee in case you haven’t paid yet, the joining fee is $10 and the yearly fee is $40, a receipt will be issued for confirmation.

Tentative Schedule:
- 1000 College Photo-shooting
- 1050 Booth Open
- 1140 Engineer Student photo-taking (non-major specified)
- 1230 - 1330 Celebration Ceremony and Snack Time
- 1400 Booth Close

Venue:
- Call Centre: Lecture Theatre of Shaw College
- Engineer Student photo-taking (non-major specified): Stairs that near the bus stop
- Booth: Wen Lan Tang

Remarks:
- Please arrive at the Lecture Theatre 10 minutes before the photo-taking session starts.
- If it is raining tomorrow, please go to the Low Block Activity Room in Student Hostel II. The special arrangement will be announced if necessary.
- For the convenience of students, shuttle bus is available in 1100 - 1400 at Yasumoto International Academic Park.
