[更正]計科畢業班照相日安排 [Amendment]Arrangement of CS Photo Day

先前有關計科畢業班照相日之電郵，經商討後決定計科畢業班照相日將不會收費。如有不便，敬請原諒，望各位仍繼續支持和參與本未來系會活動。以下為已更正之電郵。

After further discussion with committee members, we decided that we will not charge any fee for joining CS photo day. Sorry for any inconvenience. We sincerely hope that you will support and join our activities in the future. The following is the amended e-mail.

計科畢業班拍照日將於三月二十二日舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各畢業班計科生一同慶祝。同學如希望教授到場，請自行邀請。如需協助，可以聯絡本會。

詳情如下：
- 日期：三月二十二日（星期五）

預計活動時間：
- 1615 系會攤位開放
- 1630 拍攝全體照
- 1645 畢業生自由拍照及享用茶點
- 1800 系會攤位關閉

地點：
- 本部科學館下之空地（煲底）

注意事項：
- 由於活動場地不受天氣影響，故雨天安排與上述安排無異。
- 參加者無需繳交活動費用。

當天慶祝物品包括小食，香檳，波波橋等。畢業生需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，每年會費為四十元正。

Computer Science Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 22 March, we welcome all students to celebrate the time with all CS graduates on that day. Please invite professors by yourselves if you would like them to come on that day. If you have any requirement or inquiry, please contact us.

Details are as follow:
- Date: 22 Mar 2019 (Friday)

Tentative Schedule:
- 1615 Booth open
- 1630 Group photo taking
- 1645 Free time for photo-shooting and having a tea
- 1800 Booth close

Venue:
- The area under Science Center (Facing to the University Mall)

Remarks:
- The arrangement for the rainy day is the same as described above.
- The event is free of charge

Celebration materials needed on that day include balloon bridge, champagne, snacks, etc.
You will be required to pay all the society fee which is not paid yet, the joining fee is $10 and the yearly fee is $40.
