聯合書院照相日安排 Arrangement of UC Photo Day

聯合書院畢業班拍照日將於四月十二日舉行，歡迎各計科生蒞臨，與各聯合書院畢業班計科生一同慶祝。本會沒有為同學邀請任何教職員，同學如希望教授到場，請自行邀請。如需協助，可以聯絡本會。

畢業班計科生如希望在當日享用和使用由本系會準備的食物或道具，請在當天或之前向本會繳交港幣八十元正作為畢業班拍照日費用，費用已包括花炮、波波橋、燒豬、香檳、小食等慶祝用品。畢業生亦需繳交所有尚未繳交的系會費用，入會費為十元正，每年會費為四十元正，本會會發出收據作為繳交證明。

- 日期：四月十二日（星期五）

預計活動時間：
- 1130 系會攤位開放
- 1230 工程學院團體照拍攝
- 1330 - 1400 慶祝儀式及享用小食
- 1500 系會攤位關閉

地點：
- 團體照拍攝地點：湯石
- 攤位：53號

注意事項：
- 如天氣預測惡劣，攤位將改於陳震夏宿舍1樓或聯合書院胡忠圖書館前，而雨天程式安排將於當天公佈。

United College Graduation Photo-taking Day will be held on 12 April, we welcome students to share the joy and celebrate with CS graduates on that day. We do not invite professors to the event. Please invite professor(s) by yourselves if you would like them to come on that day. If you have further inquiries, please contact us.

If you would like to join the activities on that day, a fee of $80 is required to pay to the society on or before the activity, the fee has included all the celebration material needed on that day, e.g. firecracker, balloon bridge, roast suckling pig, champagne, snacks, etc.

You will also be required to pay all the society fee in case you haven’t paid yet, the joining fee is $10, and the yearly fee is $40, a receipt will be issued for confirmation.

Tentative Schedule:
- 1130 Booth Open
- 1230 Engineer Student photo-taking (non-major specified)
- 1330 - 1400 Celebration Ceremony and Snack Time
- 1500 Booth Close

Venue:
- Photo-taking: In front of Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building
- Booth: Booth 53

Remarks:
- If it is raining, please go to Chan Chun Ha Hostel 1/F or in front of United College Library. The special arrangement will be announced if necessary.
