近年社會漸趨不穩定，加上肺炎肆虐全球，大學的教與學受到了各方面的影響。有鑒於此，計算機科學系會（下稱「系會」）希望收集各計算機科學系學生對於ENGG / CENG / CSCI 課程的意見，收集結果將會向計算機科學與工程學系報告，以提升學系的教學質素。

是次問卷調查是由系會的幹事會設計，填寫時間約為 20 分鐘，完成時間因您評論 ENGG / CENG / CSCI 課程的數量而影響，您可以對相關課程不作評論，而最多評論 15 個相關課程。

備註：
1. 所有回應都應只針對 ENGG / CENG / CSCI 課程。
2. 2019-2020是指本學年，即 2019 至 2020 學年。
3. 是次問卷調查為自願性質，您可以隨時跳過問題，此舉不會做成任何後果。
4. 所有收集的數據僅用於提升學系的教學質素，唯幹事會可能會與公眾以匿名方式分享是次問卷調查的結果。

Due to social instability and global pandemics, the teaching and learning have been affected in many ways. The Computer Science Society wishes to collect feedback from Computer Science students about their experiences in ENGG/CENG/CSCI courses. The results will be reported to the Faculty, in order to enhance the teaching and learning experiences of teachers, tutors and students.
This survey was created by the committees of the Computer Science Society.
This student survey will take about 20 minutes to complete, depending on the number of ENGG/CENG/CSCI courses you wish to give comments on. You may comment on NO courses or up to a maximum of 15 ENGG/CENG/CSCI courses as you wish.

Note:
1. All responses should focus on ENGG/CENG/CSCI courses ONLY.
2. 2019-2020 refers to the current academic year, 2019 to 2020.
3. Your participation in this questionnaire is voluntary. If you decide to participate in this questionnaire, you may skip questions or withdraw at any time without any consequences. If you decide to skip questions, or if you decide not to participate or if you withdraw from participating at any time, you will not be penalized.
4. The data collected will only be used for enhance the teaching and learning experiences. However, we may share the results of this survey with the public anonymously.
