計科 T-shirt 訂購事宜 CS T-shirt Ordering

早前系會T-shirt設計比賽的結果已經出爐，現在可以訂購了。欲購買的同學記得填寫妥此表格，我地將會稍後通知同學付款方式及確認訂單資料。

注意事項：
1. T-shirt 數量有限，先到先得，售完即止，請同學盡早預購。
2. 下列T-shirt 展示圖只供參考
3. 提交表格後，將會有專人聯絡有關付款及交收方式，確認訂單時間以確認付款時間作準。
4. T-shirt 價格為每件 $50。
5. 每位限購2件。

同學一經提交即爲同意以下條款：
1. 所有已繳付之訂購費用將不設退款或退貨。
2. 如有任何爭議，幹事會保留最終決定權。

We know that the result of the CS Society T-shirt Design Competition has been released for a while. Now the T-shirt with winning design is opened for sale. For those who are interested in buying our T-shirt, please remember to fill the form to submit your order. We would inform you about the payment method and confirm your T-shirt order later.

Note:
1. The T-shirt is available on a first-come-first-served basis, please order as soon as possible.
2. The following T-shirt design is for reference only.
3. We will contact you about the payment and delivery details after the form submission.
4. T-shirt will be open for sale at a price of $50 per each.
5. You could only order for at most 2 T-shirts due to limited stocks.

By submitting the form, the student agrees for the following terms:
1. All order fees will not be refunded or returned.
2. In case of any dispute, CS Society reserves the final decision.
