計科系會紥染T-shirt 訂購事宜 CS Society Tie-dyed T-shirt Ordering

熱辣辣既系會T-shirt終於出啦！今次會係人手紥染既「中大計科」！每件既pattern都係獨一無二架～依加可以訂購啦！
想購買的同學記得填寫此表格，我地將會稍後通知同學付款方式及確認訂購件數。

注意事項：
1. T-shirt 數量有限，先到先得，售完即止，請同學盡早預購。
2. T-shirt 展示圖只供參考
3. 提交表格後，將會有專人聯絡有關付款及交收方式，確認訂單時間以確認付款時間作準。
4. T-shirt 價格為每件 $130 (會員)，$150(非會員)。

同學一經提交即爲同意以下條款：
1. 所有已繳付之訂購費用將不設退款或退貨。
2. 如有任何爭議，幹事會保留最終決定權。

4. T-shirt will be open for sale at a price of $120 (member), $150 (non-member) per each.

By submitting the form, the student agrees for the following terms:
1. All order fees will not be refunded or returned.
2. In case of any dispute, CS Society reserves the final decision.
